The Fiscal Management Section oversees the budget for daily operations and capital projects, monitors account balances and overtime to keep from exceeding allocations, processes all purchases and payments for the department, and oversees expenditures and purchases to ensure compliance with County policy. This section is comprised of the Grants Unit, Business Managers, and Business Officers that support both the Administrative and Operations Bureau.
